Today, the role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and productive members of an ever-changing global society. More than a 5 years back our school pledged to transform education. The school has earned its own niche not only in ARAIN but across the AJMER District. At School we provide an atmosphere to our students for multifaceted development, where children are encouraged to channelize their potential in the pursuit of excellence. This can only be possible in a holistic, student-centric environment. The talents, skills, and abilities of each student need to be identified, nurtured, and encouraged so that he / she is able to reach greater heights. Students need to be provided with a platform to think, express, and exhibit their skills. It is necessary to empower them to negotiate several issues that confront them, with the teacher being a facilitator.  The school is striving hard to make the best possible efforts to inculcate strong values combining with academics and extra-curricular activities in the children. Converting every individual into a self-reliant and independent citizen, the school provides an amalgam of scholastic and co-scholastic activities.No wonder, a student harnessed in such an atmosphere has every hope and possibility of becoming a responsible, balanced and a mature adult and is able to live in to contribute and to shoulder responsibilities of the society, of which he forms an integral part. Children need a supportive environment at home and at school. They need to set goals, within their reach until they gain confidence and determination. They should reexamine their priorities, set clean goals and make specific plans to achieve what they desire. Focusing on specific goals, helps them move forward purposefully in life. They would, thus, have the pleasure of watching their dreams into reality. At School our approaches to learning is child centric encouraging Activity based learning and inculcating a scientific temper and a spirit of free enquiry. In our curriculum the student is the primary focus and each child is involved in the learning process. We are constantly improving our teaching methodology so that it turns learning into combination of classroom study, research and scientific discovery. While academic excellence is our major thrust, the school is also devoted to prepare the students for life, groom them to face the challenges of tomorrow, and encourage them to be socially relevant. We constantly endeavour to always live up to this ideology and inculcate this into everything we do, with the aim that we will be able to ensure that the children grow to their full potential, while constantly being groomed to pass out as men and women competent to bear responsibility in all walks of life.

The parents are the most strengthening power in moulding the future of children. Their consistent support empowers us to do more and more. I pay my gratitude to them for their faith in us.

I am confident enough that the our students will make themselves stronger day by day, adding a new leaf to the grandeur of the school.

Maths Lab

The School has launched the Mathematics Lab as per the guidelines given by CBSE. The objective of the lab is to promote critical thinking and ability to approach a problem in different ways. It calls for firing the imagination of the learners so that they are creative and contributive. It calls for taking the concepts of Mathematics beyond the limitations of the textbooks. It facilitates in doing simple experiments and projects that would lead to empowerment of various skills among the learners viz., Numerical skills, Observation skills, Logical thinking skills, Skills of comparison & interpretation, etc

House System

HOUSE SYSTEM School Houses To inspire a healthy sense of competition, students of SVGMS have been allocated one of the four houses which symbolize the school’s values. Students develop a sense of belonging and a feeling of unity in being a part of a specific house. The four houses are named VEDANTA – Red House, RAMAKRISHNA – Blue House, VIVEKANANDA – Green House and NARENDRA – Yellow House, after Swami Vivekanand which upheld values of courage, love, valour and intellect. Each house is led by the House Masters for a year. The Captain and Vice-captain guide their teams on all fronts and play a vital role in leading their team to victory in all events. Participating in various inter-house competitions not only gives the students a chance to display their talent but also helps them learn valuable lessons on team work and selfless service. Be it a debate, quiz or sports event, students give their best to win laurels and house points. Participation in various activities brings the house honour and gives the students a sense of pride.

WELL DEVELOPED LIBRARY

LIBRARY The School boasts of a well furnished library with books related to various intrests and subjects. We prescribe a lot of magazines and news paper for the children to read in their free time. Each class has a library period in school where the children are allowed read books of their choice. Book reading remains the best source of knowledge and a healthier alternative to surfing. To encourage the reading habit, we have set-up large and spacious library housing more than 3,500 books which include reference books, encyclopedias, story books for all ages, fiction, biographies & auto biographies, audio-video CDs, DVDs, etc. School library prescribes newspapers and magazines like Physics today, Chemistry today, Biology today, Pratiyogita Darpan (Hindi & English), Maths today, Current Affairs magazines along etc

PLAY GROUND

PLAY GROUND School playgrounds are not merely a place for students to let off steam or hang out during recess. Rather, a fun, safe playground environment stimulates students' minds and allows for their cognitive, physical, and social development. In fact, outdoor play areas provide children with rich opportunities to grow, learn, and develop. We believe in the propagation of an all round development of a child. With our vast sprawling green grounds, the school playground provides a safe outdoors environment within the school that stimulates children to use their creative energy in generating good physical health and healthy interactions with one another. The school owns a lovely green field, a foot ball ground, Badminton court, a volleyball court and two table tennis courts

Music Room

When words fail, music speaks – Shakespeare. With the same notion, a soulful space is provided in the form of two music rooms for the learners where they can express their individuality and interpret music through their emotions. They are made proficient in the various genres of music and made dexterous in the various musical instruments.
